The video opens with a close-up view of a gray picnic table. A fishing line, a cork slip fishing float, and a clear plastic package with a cardstock insert are visible on the surface.
A pair of hands enters the frame and removes the cork slip fishing float and rubber tubing from the packaging.
A pair of yellow-handled fishing pliers are used to cut two small pieces of tubing off..
The hands hold the fishing line and thread the two pieces of tubing onto the line. A chartreuse jig is then tied onto the end of the fishing line.
The fishing pliers are used to cut the excess line off the tied jig.
The bottom stem of the fixed cork fishing float is inserted into the bottom piece of the rubber tubing on the line.
The top of the fixed cork fishing float is instered into the top piece of the rubber tubing on the line.
The hands pull the fishing line tight adds a split shot under the float, using the fishing pliers to squeeze the split shot closed onto the line.
A second split shot is added to the line and squeezed closed onto the line with the pliers.
The hands slide the cork fixed float back and forth along the fishing line to show that it moves freely.
The float is placed down on the tabletop beside the fishing line and tools.
The video ends with the cork fixed fishing float fully threaded on the fishing line, shown resting on the gray picnic table. The packaging, pliers and fishing rod also laying on the gray picnic table.
